Tim Pierson grew up around Real Estate—his parents have worked as Realtors for over 25 years. In addition to Real Estate, Tim has over six years of experience in marketing & web design and has put that experience to work for over 150 Pierson Real Estate clients—any home that is listed with Pierson Real Estate will have its own customized website, brochures, and strategic marketing plan.

Liz Pierson's background is in sales, customer service, and research, and she was first to become a Realtor full time. She was trained by some of the top Realtors in Northern Virginia's McLean Weichert office and laid the foundation for the current team.


Pierson Real Estate recruited TJ Walter after seeing is incredible work ethic and desire to serve people in action. Tj's background in journalism for the USA Today and Washington Times which has given him incredible knowledge of DC neighborhoods, restaurants, and events; his desire to serve people and attention to detail make him a huge asset to our team. He specializes in helping buyers find their next home.

Shontel Carrol is the Pierson Real Estate Client Care Manager and handles many of the day to day details of the real estate transaction. She has been with Pierson Real Estate for several years and enjoys using her gifts of caring for people to help them through this important time in their life.
